About this Blog
Food Bubbles mainly addresses how the foods we eat are affected by our nation’s food and economic policies. The blog is meant to help people see how the government affects our food supplies, food cost, and even food safety. Food Bubbles aims to reveal how food policy is integrated into the lives of individuals, by offering concrete examples from everyday life.
In addition, throughout Food Bubbles, my thoughts will pop up about foodstuffs for foodies and non-foodies alike. Once in a while, it will feature fun food facts and interesting moments in the history of food or related book reviews. I hope Food Bubbles can help get food off the dinner table and onto the round table of discussion. I hope that readers will digest what they read at Food Bubbles and think about how food affects our lives more than just at mealtimes.

Greetings,
I stumbled across your site on my quest to find folks blogging about food, food policy, and the current obesity epidemic.
I work for my father, Hank Cardello, and I am trying to drive traffic to his website, http://www.stuffednation.com. His current goal is to mitigate the obesity crisis, and he has published one book on the subject so far.
If you have any ideas on how we can best use the power of the internet to achieve that goal, it would be greatly appreciated.
Best of luck in all your endeavors!
Cordially,
David Cardello
